Elementary school age children can shop with an “Elf” who will help pick out the perfect gifts for Mom, Dad, sister or brother. All gifts are $1 and will be available for kids or adults. Gift wrapping is provided. This is all while supplies last.
Parents can enjoy coffee and rolls on special at Kist Korner and Sweetest Things Bakery while their children shop.
Children will be paired with a local high school “Elf” to ensure their shopping success and safety.
All items and wrapping paper are being donated by local businesses, individuals and Thrivent Financial.
Proceeds will benefit the Humboldt County H.O.P.E.S. program, which stands for Healthy Opportunities For Parents to Experience Success. The in-home family support program promotes positive parent interaction, monitors child health, is development goal oriented and is designed to strengthen family life.
