Wildcat girls in 55-37 triumph over Eagles

HUMBOLDT – Humboldt pulled away from Eagle Grove in the second half en route to a 55-37 North Central Conference girls' basketball win over the Eagles Friday night in the Wildcat gym.
The Wildcats, now 2-3 overall on the season, 1-3 in NCC action, was led in scoring by Erica Lane with 16 points. Madison Thomas made eight while April Jones, Kinzie Wright and Lauren Friesth each had seven. Beth Mork paced Eagle Grove with 11. Humboldt will host Fort Dodge St. Edmond on Dec. 11.
