Born and raised in Humboldt County, Bob Rasmussen may not be a celebrity, but he is just as well known.
“Everywhere I go, I have to talk to everyone,” he said. “My kids give me a hard time about knowing everyone, but you couldn’t get me to live in some place like New York City. I’m a country boy.”
Bob started in the grain vacuum business by following in his father’s footsteps, but has slowly made the business his own, cultivating many clients over two decades.
Twenty-thirteen marks the 21st year of Bob operating the Rasmussen Grain Vac business.
